Dr. Elizabeth Foley

Meet Dr. Foley

Dr. Elizabeth Foley is excited to join Snyder Dermatology in Round Rock, Texas. She is a board-certified dermatologist by the American Board of Dermatology and a native Texan -- born and raised in Beaumont, Texas. She specializes in all aspects of dermatology to include medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology.

Skills and Specialties

Dr. Foley is trained to perform comprehensive skin cancer screening exams. She enjoys treating both the common and more complicated or rare dermatological complaints including psoriasis, acne, eczema, autoimmune disorders, and bullous diseases, to name a few. Using neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport) and dermal fillers in her cosmetic patients, Dr. Foley focuses on delivering quality cosmetic results.

Education and Training

Dr. Foley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Italian. She spent several semesters studying abroad with UT in Rome, Italy. Dr. Foley received her medical degree from the University of North Texas/TCOM in Fort Worth where she was inducted into the Sigma Sigma Phi Honor Society. She then completed a one-year internship and three-year dermatology residency in South Florida. Her time in such close proximity to Miami Beach afforded great opportunities to hone her surgical and cosmetic skills to provide natural-looking results. Dr. Foley is part of the Texas Medical Association, Travis County Medical Society, and Texas Dermatological Society.


Dr. Foley is elated to move back home to Texas to practice dermatology. She is board certified by the American Academy of Dermatology. She is currently a member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery and the Texas Medical Association. Outside of the clinic, Dr. Foley enjoys photography, traveling, cooking, and spending time with her (growing) family.
