What Is Radiesse®?

Radiesse® Treatment
Your injection session will be fast (you could even do it over your lunch hour), and the results will be immediately visible. At your appointment, your face will be cleansed and marked on the injection sites. Your personalized Radiesse® dosage will be injected with an ultra-fine needle. If you are worried about the shots being painful, we can apply a topical numbing agent to your skin to decrease the sensation and offer you a cold compress if necessary. Before leaving, you should see improvement of laugh lines (nasolabial folds) and marionette lines as well as general volume restoration of the face depending on where the dosage was applied.
Radiesse® Results and Recovery
You will have minimal downtime with Radiesse® treatments. It is normal to see swelling, redness, and bruising for 5 – 10 days after each injection appointment and may require makeup to cover it. If you have side effects that are abnormal, excessive, or lasting longer than 10 days, please call our office.
Our patients love their Radiesse® injections so much that they have regular standing appointments every 9 – 12 months to ensure they maintain their results from their initial investment. During your private consultation, we will analyze the number and severity of wrinkles in the middle and lower third of your face and your overall skin firmness.
